Seriously, seriously bad mood! For those that may encounter me, today is NOT a good day to piss me off.
Grumble grumble. Thank god it’s bedtime.
So I have gone completely off the radar recently (oops). I’ve been eating badly (but it’s been oh so yummy) and not exercising at all.
I hate all this crap about ‘you’re never too busy to eat well and exercise’. Well do you know what, I am. I just find it impossibly to fit it around working and studying and seeing friends and spending time with my bf and actually just having some time to myself.
Next time you do a 12 hour shift at work where you’ve been on your feet all day try and come home and exercise and eat well. Oh, and then get up at 5.30am the next day and do it all again. Gaaaaaaah. Ok rant over. No more feeling sorry for myself. Besides, I absolutely LOVE my job and would not swap it for the world.
Time to make time for exercise and good eating. I want to feel fabulous this summer, so I will achieve my goals.
Also, I got a new car today (finally) and this makes me happy :)
